The Expose previously published an article informing readers of a complaint that has been filed with the Prosecutor of the International Criminal Court on December 6th, 2021 by a team from the UK on behalf of the people, which can be seen here –
The team is alleging crimes committed by UK government officials and international world leaders of various violations of the Nuremberg Code, crimes against humanity, war crimes, and crimes of aggression perpetrated against the people of the UK.
We are now bringing you an update in the case, as shared by a member of the team retired police constable Mark Sexton, which can be seen below.
Update:
1, A Detective Sergeant and Police Constable have been allocated to assess the complaint. We will need to provide them with a huge amount of evidence and we have made it clear we are all available to attend The Metropolitan Police at short notice in order to do.
2, The Superintendent, assistant to Commissioner Cressida Dick is aware of the complaint and acknowledged as such to me by email this morning. He is leaving his current post but has forwarded the details onto his successor.
3, The Metropolitan Police and the allocated officers have been provided details of the ICC application. The Met Police have a duty to carry out a full and competent criminal investigation as detailed in the ICC’s guidelines.
4, likewise lawyer Hannah Rose has provided the details of the criminal Investigation by The Met, including the notifications sent to all Chief Constables to the ICC investigation department. This was also sent with an urgent request to serve an injunction on the U.K. Government to stop all V’s immediately.
5, All 43 Chief Constables in England and Wales have been contacted by email to advise them of the Metropolitan Police’s criminal investigation and the ICC application. (Late addition, Scotland and Northern Ireland Chiefs emailed also absolutely not forgetting you amazing people). They too have all been requested to stop the V program and make a public announcement in their local force areas.
6, Lawyer Lois Bayliss (see previous post) has received a large number of emails from those damaged by the V. She is working tirelessly to get as many statements as possible and has now enlisted help from a number of lawyers and retired police so please bear with her.
7, There are a large number of people working flat out behind the scenes to assist in stopping the V program. We are pushing the police and the ICC at every opportunity demanding the V’s are stopped and treating this as the national emergency that it is. When we get any further details we will provide an update. The crime number will be made public as soon as possible once we get the go-ahead from the head of the investigating team. (Still to be determined).
Be reassured, as a collective we will not stop and ask everyone to continue emailing, calling, sharing, serving notices and liability orders, yellow boards, leaflet drops, SITP, outreach, petitions, and protests.

They all were conned into it. No one informed them that they would become trans-humans, even if they voluntarily agreed to have the vaxxes but this part surely was not mentioned, informed consent does not stand.

They did not give informed consent. They might have signed a form for ‘informed consent’ but it was not informed consent because it lacked information, such as experimental phase III trials.

They are not referring to Cressida Dick herself, but her assistant, who is clearly a man as it then goes on to say “he”.
Hmmm… as much as I would like this to be true; I have checked the ICC website, and this case isn’t listed (yet).
Yes – ditto – searched through all under investigation, also preliminary investigations, and elsewhere… Disturbing as it would have to be listed if indeed it has got to the stage / interactions claimed in the article… THIS NEEDS CLARIFICATION!?

But I’ve thoroughly searched the ICC’s online info and can find no trace whatsoever of any such investigation or even preliminary investigation, which definitely should be the case if indeed the progress claimed in the update article is valid? Please clarify asap – I have 2 influential media publishers with high interest seeking clarification.

The above “update” was straight from one of the applicants, Mark Sexton who also clarifies that “The ICC has acknowledged receipt of the application. It doesn’t say they have started an investigation. The Metropolitan Police irrespective and regardless of any ICC involvement have a duty to carry out a competent criminal investigation. If the Met police do not carry out a competent investigation the ICC will take this into consideration as part of any future proceedings”
It has been sent, that does not mean that the ICC has agreed to take the case.

I wouldn’t wait for anyone to save us. Fuellmich tried, they already reached children. With this speed we sooner become tagged slaves or dead than can have our freedom back. The only way to stop this is to wake up people in mass, it’s all about the numbers.

As far as I have been reading, there are 2 cases, and this article confuses to two. Case one was filed with the ICC, and I believe it may involve Lawyer Hannah Rose.
Case 2 is with Mark Sexton, Dr Sam White, and two lawyers (not Hannah Rose) Mr Hyland and another, which has been lodged with the Met. Police (not the ICC).
Can the Expose be careful to separate the two, and this article is unclear.
Yes – as far as I can make out (I have received no response to my enquiry of the publisher – The Expose) the article conflates the two you mention and then goes on to exaggerate the reality of the situation, which is counter-productive in that it undermines The Expose as a reliable source of information on this matter and, by implication here, on other matters covered in its bulletins, which is a pity as I and many others had been following The Expose with keen interest and contributing financially.
To readers who are au fait with ICC-related developments and – like me – supportive of such, by conflating / distorting / exaggerating the facts pertaining, The Expose brings itself into disrepute and sets itself up for ridicule in publications with opposing standpoints (already begun).
Eg: Para 3 “The Met Police have a duty to carry out a full and competent criminal investigation as detailed in the ICC’s guidelines.” would only apply if The ICC had commenced action, which they clearly have not at this time – in fact the ICC would no doubt be disgruntled by the inference and quite possibly of a mind to go on the record with a denial of involvement, which would prejudice the cause we are fighting.
